Go back to the start of the instructions for setting up a static IP & start from scratch. Write down all the info that you see when you type in "ipconfig/all"...that way you can put info into the fields if you need to.

Just go into LW's tools > options > advanced > firewall config & untick that manual port forward button > apply. If you want to, you can go log back into your router & remove the rules you created in there too.
Did you make sure that LW's listening port & the port forwarded were the same number?

It sounds like you did something wrong along the way somewhere...port forwarding is usually very reliable. But if you don't want to try again that's fine, it is a bit of a fiddly thing to set up.

If you dont see 2 DNS numbers where the instructions say you should, you need to ring your ISP and ask for them...Don't tell them why or what you want them for as most ISP's charge a large amount to set up a static IP for you and they will tell you that you wont be able to do it....

One other query I have what did you mean by
