Can't connect

I can't connect for some reason. All firewalls are off. It says that it's starting connection and never does. It worked fine after I first downloaded then it just quit.

I've spent an hour reading on here and I'm at wits end. Someone help.

did u choose the rite connection speed? if u have like dial up and say u have cable that causes connection problems
