after two years a brick wall has just appeared

these are my details any way if you can help me out, I am not computer literate though. i have been using limewire for two years with absolutely no problems as far as me or my family knows there has been no firewall added except the windows xp one that we have always used and limewire worked with this. we use ad-aware and spybot but have always used that. so we can only think an update has maybe distorted our settings. please talk me through it in simple terms as i have got lost with other posts. thank you!
