Well...since its the connection problems thread...guess what problem I am having?

Mich Hi.
L/W wont recognize accounts added after its installed,to fix this Reinstall
If you want the option to reuse your Limewire 4.9.3, then save the L/W installer to Desktop first.

First! close L/W completly, then Go,Start/All Programs/LimeWire & uninstall L/W

then Go,
START/My Computer/local disc C:/ Documents & settings/Your User Name/Application Data
Now Delete the LimeWire Folder.
If you cant find Application Data Folder,GO to Tools/folder Opions,& tick,show hidden folders,
You can put the setting back afterwoods to protect your computer.

note: You will have to reset your, Tools/options in L/W Later.

Now reinstall your version of L/W, or use this link to update to the latest version

Note: LimeWire works best if you keep your java updated JRE 6 is avalable here's a link
to update if you wish.
Use the off line installer NOT the (recormended) one,

Thanks for the information, I did it and additionally, just in case....removed any reference to Limewire from the registry, and all the accounts now work.
