Default Behind Firewall

Hi

Please help...im stuck behind a firewall and have tried everything that limewire has recommended, but it still does not work. Im not very technical minded so please make allowances!

1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98)windows xp
2. What firewalls you have?mcafee and windows but windows turned off
3. How much ram?not sure
4. Hard Disk space available?not sure
5. Connection type?broadband
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers?voyager 54g wireless
7. Where are you trying to connect from?house
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have?lw:4.12.6 java:1.5.0_03
9. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider)?pipex
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there?test worked
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up.there is one other computer in the house
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user.new problem
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface?yes

Hope someone can help, if more info is needed just ask, coz to be honest i dont really know what im talking about.

Thanks

1. Double check your mcafee firewall to make sure LW is on the safe list.

2. Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.)

3. Pipex is a reknown problem ISP, see more about them here: ISP's known to BLOCK or Filter p2p or specifically Limewire
