Gnutella Forums - Stuck on one bar!

When I just downloaded the latest limewire update, I also had to update java that same day. Then when I downloaded and installed the java runtime update, I started limewire. As I'm waiting for the bars to go to full, it just stays there! One-bar all the time! I looked at the connections tab and all connections are all saying "connecting...". I waited some more...nothing...some more....nothing!:bangh:
I tried all the solutions on the limewire website and searched this sub thread but nothing seems to work! My router is just fine, just that when I had the LW update and java update and didn't work. That same day I think my computer caught a virus, avast anti-virus caught it and deleted it and everything was except for that though.
Please help.
