![]() Hey I have been getting connection problems aswell with limewire, ive had it for over a year on my laptop and all of a sudden its just stopped connecting. Now when i open Limewire it says No internet connection. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with limewire5 but no good there i deleted my prefferences i acessed the options and disabled Ultrapeer, DHT, TLS and OOB, I also checked my norton fire wall and that has always been allowing limewire to do its work. im running low on ideas what to do its even been effecting my bitorrent considering they run on the same rules. |

![]() Try removing all LW rules from within Norton & then add them from scratch. After you deleted LW's preferences folder, did you have to go through the setup wizard again? Have you been through the other fixes in this thread (click on link)?: If LW Will Not Connect Go & find your gnutella.net file... how big is the file? Please give us your details: System details - help us to help you -> Provide these details when you post!!! |

Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'.: It says Your test worked! just that single sentence. 11. ![]() I reread the rules. I don't understand what you mean. It is not a connection problem. I have tried opening limewire in different places and connections setting. My connection is cable. It is not firewall problem. I am in USA. ISP charter communications. I would really appreciate it if someone can help. thanks |
