This might be your problem. See if it applies or not. If you need to actually manually port forward after all, I don't have specific instructions for this model but there's one for the BT Voyager 2100 here: http://www.portforward.com/english/r...0/Limewire.htm If you do do manual port forwarding, then at the end of the process do this within LW: Manual port forward instructions & sample image & 2 posts after that.
