I Can She Can't (LW not connecting)

My daughter is having a problem with connecting to Limewire.

I can connect with no problems, but when my daughter Logs On to WindowsXP, she can't. :confused:

As far as I can see, there's no reason for her not too. :bangh:

Any Tips???
