Default Limewire pro can connect cant download help

Hi all I am new here and have tried to search out my problem b4 posting. Was unable to find anything similar so here it goes.
I connect with limewirepro and have for a long time. Bout a week ago when i connect i get the blue turbo charged connection. I do a search and clik on the song to download then it says what would normayly take a few minutes 10 hours or 14 hours or 5 hours and might be 5 hosts at 0 kbs. What has happened does anyone know? Please help I love limewire pro and it has been gr8 till now.

Sorry here are my system details

1. OS version? Windows XP
2. What firewalls you have? Norton Internet Security
3. How much ram? 1gb
4. Hard Disk space available? 83.7 GB
5. Connection type? DSL
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Zyzel P-600 Series
7. Where are you trying to connect from ? House
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? Pro 4.12.6 Pro Java 1.6.0_01
9. Who is your ISP provider? Earthlink
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? Says Your Test Worked
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. Not that I am aware of.
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. This is def a new problem with an experienced user
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? Yes and alwyas have.

Here is a link to portfaward your router & don't forget static IP part.

Also you could try Delete permissions in Norton, fore L/W, and let L/W reapply

Try what Mick has suggested as it sounds like your firewall may be interfering...
Port Forwarding for the ZyXel Prestige 600

You can also try deleting your preference folder it may help....

thanks guys I really aprreaciate it and I will try it out and let you know but more importnantly why are so many users having the same problem?

How did you go with the static IP ?? Do you think you have added that ok ??
What Port number did you use ??
Which did you try first the Port Forwarding or the preference folder ??
