 WW Although TM has not back to you, I'm guessing that he has a Speedtouch 330 USB modem because that is the only USB in the current speedtouch range. If I am right then the modem, which is a very easy to use plug and play model, cannot be the problem. All else being equal, then the problem has to be with his configuration of his firewalls (Norton and/or Windows) or Tiscali, his ISP. UK Bob  |
