![]() Hi Tyler. I got rid of McAfee last year and now run AVG and had no problems until just recently. Now when I try to download it tells me I'm not connected - which I am and the little earth icon down on the left hand side of the toolbar shows I'm behind a firewall - which I'm not. Someone said certain ISP's are blocking all P2P files. I'm on Tiscali in the UK and this seems to be a problem one. Its bizzare because sometimes it will let me download and then not. If anyone knows of a remedy to this (apart from changing my ISP again!!) I'd be very grateful. Many thanks in anticipation! Lesley. |

![]() I actually emailed Tiscali last night to ask them why I was suddenly having these problems and if there was any truth in the rumors that they are blocking P2P files......of course they have denied that bit and have put it down to technical problems which they are dealing with................... yeah right! ![]() In fact they sounded quite put out at my assumptions!!! |
