Unhappy Firewall blocking my connection

Hello,
I need some help. After reading all that is to be read about firewalls blocking limewire and opening the ports manually and allowing my zone alarm pro to authorize limewire to come and go I realize that I probably have another firewall on my router.Unfortunately I have no idea what router it is because it is part of my telephone system BT Micro. If any of you have had any experience with BT Micro please please help.I have to say that BT Micro has made my life hell and not a lot of people in BT know much about it and every time i ring them I pay about £1 connection charge for support, they say. What support most of the times after a lengthy monologue from my side they'll transfer me to someone else to whom I have to repeat everything said. Back to my problem-would anyone know what router BT Micro uses and how to get to its firewall.

Hi Vask and I just went to portforward.com and it looks like they have 15 routers listed. You might have to do a little more research.
