 limewire for 3 seconds i know there are thousands of connection posts, but mine seems a bit different, at least from what i gathered. i just built a computer with home xp and service pack 2. i have norton antivirus/system works premier and uniblue spyeraser. the java i have was downloaded with limewire I BELIEVE... i just know i didnt download it directly from java.com. i believe i have jre1.5.0_03 and jre1.6.0_01 now when i click on limewire to open it i see the logo screen for 3 seconds and then it goes away and nothing happens after.  i ran limewire on this computer before and that is what's confusing. im 99% sure my isp didnt block it and i closed my virus programs and tried but no go. any ideas?  |
