Default Not Connecting

I recently deleted an old XP account and made a new one, ever since i did and reinstalled limewire it says "connecting" yet does nothing. I do have the icon with the brick wall yet i have swtiched off my virus programs. Here are my specs (as much as I know anyway):

1. what OS version (eg: Windows 98, XP,OSX, Vista) ? XP
2. What firewalls you have ? Zonealarm, avast and AVG
3. How much ram ? 1 GB + 256 KB
4. Hard Disk space available ? 26.3 GB of 107 GB
5. Connection type (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) ? think it's cable
6.Modem what brand name & model numbers ? Motorola SB5101e SURFboard cable modem
7.Router brand name & model numbers ? Linksys model no: WRT54GS
8. Where are you trying to connect from (house, apartment complex, school, student accommodation, work, etc.) ? house
9. What version,LimeWire & Java, are you using. Go to L/W's Help/About L/W, THIS show both LW & Java version.? limewire 4.12.15 and java is 1.6.0_01
10. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider) ? wightcablenorth now known as smallworld(very small local ISP)
11. Do this test click here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ should say 'Your test worked!. What happens ? I get "Your test worked!"
12. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. No
13. Is this your 1st try at LW, or is this a new problem with an experienced user.? used to have it until had to reinstall due to new XP account
14. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface ? Yes
15. Have you given full permissions for LimeWire to pass through your Firewall ? I'm not too surehow to do it on avast, avg or zonealarm
16. XP users, Please state XP firewall on or off.? Off
17. In Start & remove Programs, Is this update Installed, "Security Update for Windows XP (KB931261)" ? No
If Windows Updates are not seen, Tick the box at top of page, (show updates)
18. Are you using Manual Port faward in LimeWire OR UPnP ? I don't know

Hope this is enough info as I'm not all that good when it comes to ports and things related. Any help much appreiciated.

Double check that ZA's allowing LW & that the XP firewall is off.

Delete LW's preferences folder when LW's properly closed. See point 3 here & also point 2 if you've used older versions of LW in the past (there could be a folder in either location).
Fixes for LimeWire
This will kill all of your settings within options, you'll have to go back through afterwards & reset things. If you're not sure of your settings, go through LW's tools > options & write them all down, so that you can reset things later.

Try port forwarding for your router, the instructions are here.
Port Forwarding for the Linksys WRT54GS
Don't forget the step of setting up a static IP address first. LW's listening port, port in the 'manual port forward' box & port forwarded within the router all have to be the same number

Were you using Java 1.6.0_01 on the other account, when LW was working? If you weren't, try this version of Java. Use the offline installer & remove your current Java version before you install this one.
Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11
Some people have had problems with that latest Java update, others can use it just fine.
