help me pleassseeee (currently connecting to the network)

i need help lime wire is saying that its currently connecting to the network. and now when i search i get no results.. it use to work until i had to restore the computer back to deafult setting and now i have tried to uninstall it and install it 3 times and its not working help me please :confused:
