What do the diffrent color bars in left coner mean?

Hi,
I was wondering what the diffrent color bars in the bottom left hand coner mean? Sometimes they are red, green and blue is blue good or bad? what color is the best to have?

Red means not connected, green means connected to the network, blue means that you have a turbocharged connection:D That's a very good connection:xeri_ok1ani:
