trouble connecting as well as dl the latest version

why is it i can't connect to limewire ? the window pops up but does not connect. plz help.

also i can't download the new version. it stops at 28 % why?

sounds like your internet connection, are you using a firewall? What kind pf connection do you have? Dial-Up? Cable? DSL?
