Error: LimeWire was unable to set up a port to listen for incoming connections.

I have been using LimeWire for a while now and today i got an error saying

"LimeWire was unable to set up a port to listen for incoming connections. Some features of LimeWire may not work as expected."

OS version? Windows XP

What firewalls you have? Windows firewall and Bitdefender (Made it to not block limewire)

How much ram? 1 GB

Connection type? Cable

Where are you trying to connect from? House

What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) LimeWire 4.14.8||||Java 1.6.0_02

Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Roadrunner

Any Help?

Try deleting your preference folder/s...
