Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network.

Because you had limewire going the other day, I would think it's your ISP that is causing your connection problems... Max has 30GB FUP and heavy downloading discouraged during peak. See below Users reported being disconnected after 40GB fair use policy for Orange Broadband
