Default Connection Problem using Verizon DSL

I just changed my ISP to Verizon DSL and am now having problems connecting with Limewire (I also can't connect with Morpheus). I was able to connect using my old RCN broadband connection just fine. I tried to delete preferences and re-install Java but that has not worked. Here are my system

1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98) XP
2. What firewalls you have? Windows Firewall
3. How much ram? 512
4. Hard Disk space available? 35 GB
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) DSL
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Westell D90-327W15-06
7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)? Apartment
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version. LW 4.14 & JRE 1.6
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Verizon
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? Problem Loading Page
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. NO
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. New Problem
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? _ Yes
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? UPnP
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Some people might not be aware that their security suite includes a firewall Symantec. but Limewire worked fine before with this.
16. What country are you living in? Sometimes there are ISPs with the same name in more than one country (eg Clearwire in the USA & also in Ireland). US

Just double check that your Windows firewall's configured properly.
User Cant Connect - LimeWire
Also make sure that you don't have a firewall from Verizon active. That might only be available with business internet plans, I'm not too sure.

In LW go tools > options > advanced > firewall config. Change LW's listening port to 64049 > apply > ok. If that doesn't help, you can try any ports in the range of 49152 - 65535.

Try port forwarding for your router, the instructions are here.
Port Forwarding for the Westell D90-327W15-06
LW's listening port, port in the 'manual port forward' box & port forwarded within the router setup pages should all be the same number
