Exclamation Will not connect (Sticky no help)

Hello. I already tried all of the steps in the first Sticky. My LimeWire Pro still will not connect. My 2 firewalls both have LimeWire enabled. Here are the answers to the questions on the Sticky. Please help. Thanks.

1. Windows Vista (Administrator)
2. Firewalls through Norton and Vista (both have Limewire enabled)
3. RAM?
4. Hard Disk?
5. Broadband Connection
6. Arris Modem TM502G/CT
>>Linksys Router WRT54G
7. Connecting from HOUSE
8. Limewire Pro Version 4.18.3
>>Java Version 1.6.0_07
9. ISP through Insight
10. My test worked
11. This is the laptop sharing connection with a desktop PC (with Windows XP, Limewire working fine)
12. I have been using LimeWire for years and this has never happened for this long.
13. Yes. The Firewall is showing on.
14. UPnP Enabled
15. Norton Internet Security & Vista Security
16. USA

It is not advisable to use Two Firewalls as they will conflict with each other and usually result in less security. Try disableing the MS Firewall and see if that makes a difference.
Your Router may need Port forwarding also.
Is this a sudden thing??
Have you updated LW recently??

I had the newest version and had been using it for a couple weeks. Also, I've been a LW user for years. This computer has just recently (when the LW problem came about) had a Norton Security update. I tried disabling one firewall at a time and it still was no help.
