i don't think installing an earlier version will do anything. i had limewire 4.12.11 pro installed for a long time then out of the blue it started showing me that firewall. so i downloaded 4.16.2, and still nothing. the weirdest thing is that i can still download and search and everything. basically it's like the firewall doesn't do anything. But apparently it is blocking other ppl from downloading. It's really strange. i've messed around with my router's settings, limewire's setting, anything i can think of. But still, that darn brick wall won't go away. Thankfully, i can still download though. my guess is that it's just some bug the developers need to get worked out....other than that i really don't know what to say...maybe u can try doing what these guys suggest
