![]() Is your WIndows firewall turned off? Make sure it is, otherwise it will clash with the other firewall resulting in less security & unpredictable results. Check the top of this section: General Vista Support - Gnutella Forums If LW is not loading properly then it may be a java & preferences issue, possibly also LW compatibility setting. ![]() Westell devices in my experience are best port forwarded. ![]() |

![]() Thank you. It helps somewhat. LimeWire is saying there is an internet connection, but only one of its five indicator lights are lit. Also, for some reason it changed my color scheme from Windows Aero to Windows Vista Basic. Can someone please help me with that? |

![]() i am having problems keeping limewire open in a browser screen. when the progream becomes open it shuts down within seconds if i do not klick on one of its tabs. and it seems to shut down by itself even in the middle of a downloading session? any thoughts |

![]() marnieey, the only thing I can think of that would do that is malicious software. Run a spyware and virus scan and see if anything comes up. Does anyone know why LimeWire changed my color scheme to Windows Vista Basic and why it won't fully connect to the network? |

![]() im preety sure limewire doesnt have servers other then the website and the forums. as its p2p . its my guess as lack of interest of outside coders its hard to find problems that they dont have |
