please help me! i can not connect
 

hey,
i am having problems connectiong.
i know exactly why but cannont figure out how to fix the problem myself.
i need to put my username and password and proxy possibily into limewire somewhere so it can connect to the network. (i am using the internet at uni) in msn you go to tools options advanced and enter it in there but i dont know how to do it on limewire!

It's ok i figured it out!
i sat down and stuffed around for a bit and found it. i was not far off!

could you plz tell me how to connect using this system?

well figured out where to put all that stuff in it is in tools, optioons then search for proxy and entered it in there, but i still do not think that mine is working :confused:

First check to see if yr uni has blocked P2P on it's network. if they do allow P2P try this link out (finally connected) if that doesnt work try Limewire LInks (below) click on (If LW will not connect) and try these fixes - if still no good pse click on (system details) fill in as much as you can and post here.

Can you tell me what you did to fix the connection problem? I've tried everything I can think of and still cannot connect.
