Can't connect to LW for 2 days

I have tried to connect to limewire for 2 days now and only get one bar.So can someone tel me what I can do to fix this problem.Keep it simple please.

Try reinstalling/updating your Java & deleting LW's preferences folder. Check the thread below for more info.
If LW Will Not Connect

Otherwise, try the other fixes in that thread.

If nothing there helps, post back with your system details.
