Angry leaf node shielded by an ultra peer

I could search and download for a few days, now I get this message that says "your client is a leaf node shielded by an ultra peer" and that I won't be able to view searches. Why was it working before, but not now? What can I do? I have a cable modem connection. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

When you are connected to an ultrapeer search queries are only sent to you if you may have a matching file to upload. This has no effect on what you can download.

I still don't understand why I can't see searches. I type in an artist's name and I get the number of potential hits, but do not see the hits. How do I fix this?

The leaf node thing only applies when using the "Monitor" tab. And what is this "potential hits" thing? Are you talking about the count of files on the network?
