No Limewire Will Not Work At All

Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network. (not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

ohh, haha sorry. i guess that makes sense.
well, i have a basic Norton antivirus with firewall, with windows XP home edi.
HP pavilion with 160GB hard drive and a 512mb RAM. pretty hefty computer. im pretty shure i have a tonn of hard drive space. i have cable modem, high speed internet with 2 other computers hooked up at my house. they both also use limewire and it works fine for them.
lets see- some more details-
the test link on the "help us help you!" page said it worked.
i have been using limewire for about 2 years and it decided to stop working about 2 months ago. the globe icon on the bottom of my limewire screen has a brick wall in front of it and all the connection bars are red exept for the smallest one.
im in the good ol' USA!!! haha
