Port for incoming? CANT CONNECT!

This is the error msg I get when I load LW..

Could not find a port to use for incoming connections. Please specify a port from the configuration window.

Every port I changed to, it would tell me the port is not available.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I am seeing the same problem, which is new since I downloaded version 2.2.4. I am running Windows 95.
