Can't connect with any p2p programs! Help!

Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network. (not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

Your ISP is the university. Unfortunately it looks like they have set up an anti-p2p file sharing filter to block such programs. Not really anything you can do except perhaps negotiate with one of the tech staff in that department.
