Can't Connect using 4.18.8
 

When I try to connect to limewire the little progress bar in the lower left shows only only one small bar and the rest are red. It also shows the firewall block. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it is always the same. I use version 4.18.8. I have tried other versions and the same thing.

I have no firewall on the computer except the one that comes with windows. I use WindowsXP Pro and I am on Comcast cable.
