Hi all. I wanted to know what hosts I should use to attiain maximum search results. Also I have 1.5 MB down and 768 up cable. How many hosts should I connect to? Right now I have 6 going. Is that enough? Thanks.

Edit: Anyone out there that can help me? I know I am not the only one on this board. I emailed limewires help support and they haven't even gotten back to me. I hope my 8.50 went to good use. If you guys have any idea on what is the best way to get a goo amount of connections let me know. Thanks.

Edit again: I have found out that there is less amount of music on here now. Is this because there is less of a database available to limewire? I purchased pro and I have no support from anyone. Is this how limewire looks after there customers?

I have them all typed in, but I have no idea whether it helps or not. I usually only have four or so hosts connected; it doesn't seem to matter how many I have. And I don't know if LW just keeps looking at the top four anyway.


I hope the new hosts will at least help you...and that one of those Full Time Programmers will check in and give you a real answer.

This site has server listings and a file tracker. This might help you out, it works for me.
