Phex restructuring - testing needed
 

Hi,

To everybody who doesn't watch the svn commits:
The phex code just got a bigger restructuring, so it needs some testing.

For me it builds and runs, but I think I detected one bug:
Hosts with failed connections aren't removed from the netowrk tab.

Please get the most recent code from SVN and check it thoroughly.
