uploading songs from a folder

i have all my songs from morpheus saved in a folder, and now i don't know how to download them all to limewire. there has to be a way so i don't have to download them all over again. please someone help me....:confused:

Tools>Options>Shared If you hit ADD you can add the folders of your choice and these should then show up in your library. :)
