Thank-you
All right.
For example, let's say your save folder (where the files should be), is located in c:\download\save.
You incomplete directory is c:\download\incomplete (one level under the save folder),
example 2:
complete: e:\files\completefiles\
incomplete: e:\files\incomplete

Now, go to the incomplete folder.
You should see there some files.
One of them is download.dat, that saves the status of your downloads (DON'T DELETE IT), and all the other are the files you've been trying to download.
Now, lets say that the file you were trying to download is:

file1.txt, and it's size is 40000 bytes.
In the incomplete folder, you should see it in this form:

T-40000-file1.txt
Now copy that file anywhere you want.

That's it.

No wonder I can't resume incompletes!...I have been deleting the .dat file!...OK. So you are saying that I can copy the incompleted file and move it. But can I resume the download? What's the use of moving an incompleted file?

Unfortunatly, you can't resume an incomplete file once "Download.dat" is gone. You will have to start from scratch.
There is no use of moving an incomplete file. I wrote how to do it to someone who downloaded them completely, but LimeWire didn't move it to the "complete" directory.

Mine generally just completely disappear. I've noticed that during download, the file simply dissappears from the Incompletely folder, but Limewire still shows them as downloading. After they are "complete" they are nowhere to be found. I've searched the harddrive with no clue as to where the files have gone.

That's impossible. LimeWire creates a file with the correct name and writes data to it until it matches the source file. It can't write the data to a memory stream because it has a resume function.
Go to LimeWire properties and check the incomplete directory path.

Impossible it may be, but I've watched it with my own two eyes. I know it sounds rather impossible, and I've been searching for a logical answer. But alas, there doesn't seem to be one as of yet.

Try to send e-mail or a private message to one of LimeWire's developers.
