my downloads stop at 99%

A lot of my downloads stop at 99% downloaded, and then stay there.

whats up with that?

Quick Fix

Close LimeWire, then exit it (don't exit after transfers). That should leave the transfer pending. When you restart LimeWire, it should finish the download at a normal speed (none of that 0.0 Kb/s and 0.5 Kb/s crud when it doesn't want to finish).
