LimeWire is great ;-) But...

I'm very happy with LimeWire since the day I baught it. I've been able to download lots of mp3's that I've been looking for in a long while. Tho... a great deal of the stuff I try to download doesn't start downloading. :-( This is extremely sad when searching very rare mp3's where you only find one or two results from and even those don't download. It just says "Requery Sent, Waiting <amount>s for Results".
Can somebody please tell me what this means? Thank you. ;-)

Only download 4-star results! I have been using LimeWire a couple of years now, and I almost NEVER been able to download 3-start and less results.

Oh no? I just downloaded a 1 star result (12 mb) in about 5 minutes. What about that? This is not the only time I've downloaded from a 1 star result. To my opinion... the stars don't matter. Cuz maybe the person on the other side has put his connection settings to "modem" when he actually has T3 ... just to minimize his upload cuz he's got a upload limit. It would look like a 1 star to you but actually B a 4 star ! ;-)

The stars don't reflect the download speed.
The stars reflect the availability of the download.
For example, busy or firewalled servers will not recieve many stars because the change to complete the download from them is small. In your case, maybe the server had completed the upload by the time you clicked "download".

O now I get it ;-) stupid me :-P
