uploading
 

I don't mind sharing files at all, but when someone is uploading, my whole system slows down dramatically! Web pages take forever to load, Limewire sometimes goes into a disconnected mode, so I can't search other things. Is there a cure for this? Downloading, no prob, uploading...problem.

preferences - uploads -basic
upload bandwith, put your upload speed 2k less than your upload capacity, you should have speedy internet access again.
