T3 ???

I'm new here and a little lost. I've got cable internet. I don't know what T3, T2 and T1 are. is it possible to download files at T3 speed with a cable connexion?

T3 is the fastest internet connection that exists.
You can't download files with a cable modem at the speed of the T3 because the download speed is limited by the slowest computer in the chain, and in this case, it's yours.
