download speed

I have roadrunner hi-speed cable. But on limewire, I'm barely downloading at 56 k, and this is from t1, t3 connections. Are there any seeting I should change or ideasa...?

Don't forget that everybody likes those T3's - They are uploading to many people at once, and downloading and browsing the internet.

right, but on every download. i mean on usually in single to low double digit kbs. shouldn't i be hitting some highspeeds sometime?

Yes, you should, if the file you're trying to download has a lot of good sources (T3's with 4-stars).
