For some reason you are disconnected from the gnutella network.

This frequently happens when there is insufficient bandwidth for LimeWire to maintain a host. Are you doing anything else on the internet? Is your ISP doing maintenance? Are you currently connected to the internet?

Another possible problem is to do with your cache of other peers - you could try entering "router4.limewire.com" under your connection tab - this may kick start LimeWire into finding new peers/ultrapeers. Alternatively you could search the forums for Taliban's connection/network file (I really must remember to store a link to it).

This can definitely happen, and you should just have to select "Connect." We have seen LimeWire get into some pretty weird states, though, so another thing you can try is enabling the "Connections" tab (via the "View" menu) and entering a new number in the text box for the number of connections to maintain, and then just pressing return. This will also "wake up" the system in the same way as Mark was suggesting.

Good luck!!
