Upload problem I'm having trouble with people downloading files from my computer. They usually get to around 70% and then I get the message that the download was interrupted. Is this a problem on my site or does the other user stop the download? I have had some users complete the download but most of the downloads are getting interrupted. System Info: Limewire client 2.4.4 Linux 2.4.18 (Red Hat 7.3) Cable modem connection shared with Slackware 8.0 firewall. Upload is set to 5KB/s and slots set to 5 Any suggestions? -- Skylinux Never ask a geek why, just nod your head and slowly back away http://skylinux.dyndns.org Home of Sky-Fire, the easy to use GNU/Linux firewall 11:39pm up 10 days, 1:04, 3 users, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00 |

And yes, uploading is important, if everybody moves the files after he receives them. The network will self destruct after a while. Users need to realize that even a 56K modem with the upload set to 1KB/s makes a difference because 10 users with the same file will still produce +/-10KB/s.
