You are the victim of one of many hoax postings. This is possibly being perpetrated by the Movie businesses to conteract the trading of copyrighted material on the net. I too have encountered several files exactly as you have described. At this point there is no way that I am aware of to prevent this.... certainly .delete the offending file from the net or rename it with the work FAKE or HOAX so that it will not be spread to others.
