Unable to search
 

I am unable to search. At first it worked but now when i type anything to search for artists they "Search" button does not highlight. please help.

yeah, i did and nothing came happened.

Are you connected? the little dot in the lower left should be green... if not then select File / Connect.

Did the dot turn green and stay green? - you are good to go.
Go to Tools \ Options \ Connections and select the checkbox marked connect on startup

If button stays red or just flashes green then to red take this link to test your access -
