slowing down uploads until deadlock I am using Limewire 2.4.3 and have a good cable connection (450 kbit). Some users have severe problems when uploading from my computer. They start with a usual upload speed (40 kB/s divided by the number of actual uploaders) and then they begin to slow down. After a few minutes they have upload speed 0. They inqueue their upload once more, get the a little less speed than before (because the previous 0-speed upload still uses the upload partition even though no data are transferred there: 40 kb/s divided by the number of actual uploaders including the former zero-speed-upload that is yet running), and then it happens again. This can be repeated as often as I allow uploads for this user. Finally the user is locked until I cancel his running zero-speed-uploads manually. Then the whole game starts again. There are about 10 percent of users who have this problem. When I am not just sitting at my computer watching the uploading process, these users have no chance to get a larger file of me (otherwise, when I sit at my computer, this system behaviour is boring).
