![]() One thing i've found is that itunes won't play real player files unless they have .mp3 on the end of them - eg '**EDIT** - **EDIT**.mp3'. so if you are altering the file name by removing the .mp3 tag, they can't be moved into the itunes window. hope this gives you some ideas. **EDIT EMAIL ADDRESS** Last edited by Remoc; March 8th, 2009 at 07:50 AM. |

![]() Just as an FYI.... Real Player files usually end in .RA or .RM and there is one other extension that I cannot recall at the moment. An MP3 file is actully NOT a Real format file... although Real player can produce this type of file along with a host of other programs. MP3 actually stands for MPEG layer 3 (Layer 3 is the Audio component) which is a format independant of any 'brand name' software product. ![]() |

![]() Download and setup Winamp as your default mp3 player. RealPlayer is a major pain in the *** and the Limewire player just isn't any good. (www.winamp.com). It's free and they don't hound you to death like Real does. |
