virii sup with all the freakin script kiddies?!?!?! STOP with the gawd damn trojans n **** already...
*********begin bitch**********
open comment to whom it may concern (& who might be considering sharing something not scanned):
first off, lemme ask this: do you *really* think yer hurting anyone? with today's myriad firewalls, and virus detection apps, do you *really* think yer gonna get into a system that's worth a **** with yer lame *** lil .eml/backdoor etc trojans? yer jes using **** we used back in the day n leechin off our coat-tails... at most it's a minor irritation, unless yer *really* trying to get into some bored housewife's system, who doesn't know any better..christ, how pathetic..
we had an understanding back then, we phreaked with honor and artistry, not with malicousness trying to rip someone's cpu apart etc..i'm older now and don't do that **** anymore, but i can't even seem to use G-net, without someone 'including' a lil something xtra, and even tho it's caught almost immediately, it's still a pita..
**********end bitch*********
ok, so with that said, wouldn't it benefit G-net to have something in place to make the 'sharer' or author of a package/dl liable some way, so that ppl might calm the f#@!$ down with this kinda ****?!?!?
mebbe something like the user has to include his ip in the file comments or something? or a crc check? that way if it's tampered with we'd know *before* spending hours dl'ing the ****..dunno, something like a couriers tag, to show who the last one it passed thru?
christ, i jes wanna get & share my damn files in peace...
