upload bandwidth poor?

I got a good load of files to share but the upload bandwidth is very poor. It looks like the max upload is limited to about 25~30K. I have my upload speed set to unlimited but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Any thoughts on how to kick this bitch? I've got all kinds free bandwidth available.....

Are you sure it's not the nature of your internet connection? Most services are quite lopsided when it comes to upstream vs. downstream. My DSL for instance is 768 Kb/sec. downstream, but only 128 Kb/sec. up.
