Default incomplete downloads

On reading the faqs and posts i filnd that incomplete downloads that are inactive can only be activated by the exact name for the file? Is that the name that appears in the incomplete folder???

When I try to complete with what i think to be the same it starts a new download, yet this is named exactly the same as the incomplete file any thoughts?????

ie T-111444936-[tmd]name.(videocd).ts.(1of2) 79,798kb
T-111444936-[tmd]name.(videocd).ts.(1of2) 0kb
