speed issue
 

i have dsl and try do download from other cable/dsl/t1 lines but all of my downloads are under 3 kb/sec. anywone have an idea as to what's going on?

Or they are heavily loaded. I allow up to ten people to upload from me at a time. Barring other problems - I have ten people uploading from me at any given time. They each get a little over 2KB/s. This is the vast majority of my maximum upload bandwidth - I save a couple of K.

Pretty much. But it's an improvement over modem.

I'm trying to work out how I can justify getting myself a T line.
